~Ed from NJ: Last week, I called several times to find out if I needed a pre-certification or referral for a Bone Density test. The first two times I was on hold for over an hour and eventually gave up. Finally, the third time I was able to speak with a customer service rep and was given the information that I needed, but this should have been provided online at the website. The website has many links that don't provide basic answers. I am a new customer and not impressed.
