GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Ancestry.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-372791: I've called and waited ** MINUTES!!!!!!! to *speak with a human being. I did NOT call to *hear advertisements!!!!! I sent an e-mail and asked to cancel my subscription and to*have someone reply with a confirmation that*this was done. THAT WAS *WEEKS AGO!!! Nothing. You want the information but you *don't want anything else. Once you have a subscriber, you burrow in and get their info*(to use for whatever religious*other purposes you have and the subscriber becomes*a non-entity.*This is one of the reasons I am attempting*(as I write) to CANCEL. DO SOMETHING.*Your system *****. How many phones do you*really have * ? I'd like to have my subscri*ption CANCELLED AS OF FEBRUARY **th. NO MORE.
