GetHuman-400498: Used the customer service number. Wanted a call back. Got one in * minutes - from an entirely different company who offered better plan. Found out that this company is fraudulent: Selected Market Insurance Group, LLC. Unfortunately they now have relevant info - just signed up for equifax after VISA caught it and cancelled our card. Lesson learned...we will not carry health insurance.
