“ Called two times trying to get my ITouch to connect to wireless home network (turns out I had to buy a new router than it worked fine). Had no problems understanding them and they were honest in admitting they weren't sure what the problem was. The second tech guy recommended getting a newer router as mine was probably at least 5 years old and I could connect to other hotspots just not mine at home.”
