~ELIZABETH COUCH: I DID NOT GET A RESPONSE, I GOT UP EARLY AND IT IS NOW *:** P.M. AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THE APRIA MAN. I DO HAVE OTHER COMMITMENTS, AND THIS IS RIDICILOUS. I CALLED A PHONE NO. AND WAITED FOR ** MINUTES AND THE SAME OLD APOLOGIZING, AND THAT DOESN'T HELP. I AM GOING TO COMPLAIN TO SOME OTHER PEOPLE. SURELY SOMEONE CAN HELP THIS SITUATION.
