“I'm trying to figure out what's so special about this bank as opposed to any normal joe schmo bank out there. Charges for ATM uses?? Really? Poor communication when anything ever changed with their policies. Cash advance system is a joke. Cannot depend on this bank to help you out in a tight situation that's for sure. Overall...choose a different bank, this one sucks. You have to press an ungodly amount of numbers to ever get a rep on the phone.”
