~Ms I AM SO MADDDD!: This number does not respond to calls for purchases made in KENTUCKY. They give you a number that has you to wait on hold for approximately ** minutes before you talk to a human being, then you spend another ** minutes providing them with info about your dissatisfaction, only to wait for the resolution (replacement) to arrive in the mail (pillows) and find that you did not receive what was promised (* replacements expected, only one shipped), but the one replacement was defective like the ones that were delivered. How hard is it to send non defective pillows? How hard is it to replace * that were purchased, and you have the fricking extended warranty. I should have received * non defective pillows. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL. I thought Ashley had quality furniture and accessories.
