~jacqueline frankum: Fist agent in customer service was very nice*and I waited ** minutes and was disconnected. Probably not his fault. I wish I had obtained his name. Jonathan last talked w*me. He was not very nice at all. He got the job done but was not good at promoting good will for the paper. (JMF)
