I called about my checking and savings and after explaining I never got my pin or access id number to connect with phone ** after waiting a month and requesting it twice!Felicia said *she was trying to do her due-diligence and credit cards have pins too! Really? I said checking and savings. I also said joint , which bb&t doesn't offer on credit cards. This is the worst bank I have ever encountered. I am supposed to pay **.** for each account I can't access.
