~jool50: I have had a problem with billing. Usually I am billed every * months, have had to repeately call or email requesting why did my billing stop Dec. ****. Automated info said billing would be March ****, this was April. Customer service rep had no clue why I was not billed regularly as before but said meter would be read April ** then I would be billed. Nothing, had to contact them again this time no response to email query. Finally bill came I now have to pay * months of service.

~jool50: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jool50: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about BC Hydro's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jool50: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other BC Hydro customers?
~jool50: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for BC Hydro to know who you are.
