~Faithat40: I would advise not to order*send an egift for anyone. I'm still not sure why my friend was not able to access her ebook after * days of trying and no one could help at BN they just kept transferring me to someone else then that someone would transfer and this continued for the third time and then phone hung up on me. Poor, Poor, Poor customer service. I finally called back to request a refund on my egift order. I rather just give my credit card to a friend to have her order than to go back through this again. I love the convenience, but not worth the trouble.
