I just canceled my contract ($290). I had loads of problems with my Blackberry and now that it is a paper weight I am not going to spend another $150 for a new phone with a company that has no customer service. This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. **Consumer Beware- Stay away from Bell**
