~LaceWigAddict: I didn't experience any problems. I called around **:**pm eastern time. Received a rep by the name of Pamela who was EXCELLENT. She took over my screen to assist with my problem. This was my first time using Bing for my small business.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Bing. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Bing problem?
~LaceWigAddict: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~LaceWigAddict: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Bing's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~LaceWigAddict: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Bing customers?
~LaceWigAddict: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Bing to know who you are.
