I've had to call Brother twice, once for a mechanical issue and once for driver installation. I've found that saying your model gets you through quicker to a live person in their hardware dept (which is overseas) and saying "software" gets you quickly to their PC dept (which is in the US!). My suggestion: always say "software"!
