“I ordered something based on manf. part # and noticed next day that description did not match part #. Tried to clarify but sales rep could not, even after talking to merchandise area. She suggested cancelling, and I did and ordered elsewhere. Later I got an email saying that it was too late to cancel. Tried to get shipping label to ship the box back, and was told that I would have to pay for the return. Finally, got them to agree to pay shipping, but it took two days and lots of talk. Did get a $10 gift certificate for the trouble.
