GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's CREDO Mobile customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~ness: They lured me in with a contract buyout credit supposed to be issued in ** days, according to their flyer. I mailed them the copy of my termination fee in January, have spoken with at least * people on different occasions as well as engaged in email correspondence. I keep being told someone is going to credit it, we're sorry and don't why it hasn't gone through, can you send (yet another) copy? we'll get right on it... blah blah blah. It is the end of April and still no credit, but plenty of time wasted with friendly incompetent people.

~ness: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~ness: For that I would say one out of five.
