GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Capital One customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Anonhymous: I inquired about one thing, the guy talked about credit cards. I explained again what I wanted, and that it had nothing to do with credit cards, and the guy kept on talking about about credit cards. After ** minutes of this, the guy says this is the Credit Card Cust Serv department. He transfers me to another rep, who says 'hello' and then disconnects me. This number is for the Credit Card department. No matter what you ask them, they will give an answer in terms of Credit Cards, balance transfers, percentages. Like "Can I wire money form a Cap * Savs acct to another bank?" They answer "What is your ** digit credit card number?". duh....
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Capital One. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Capital One problem?
