~shar: My name is Sharon M Barnes, for the last four years I've tried to become a member for employment. I was denied every time I tried, I would get a message saying I'm sorry we cannot accept your application at this time. I would like to know why, I've had many back round checks, never was I denied due to my back round. You have kept me from many jobs helping those who need a caregiver, sitter, ect, ect, . I would like to know why? what have I done that is so horrible in my pass. You make me feel like I'm not good enough for your services, as a human being I have the right to know what is your problem as why you will not allow me to view positions on this web site. As I said before you have held me back on many jobs in my area where I could of been employed helping those who could use my help. I thought this is what your service is all about. Not once did anyone try to reach me, contact me as why you ignored my applications and block me from your site. You as a service ask all the question

~shar: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Care.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~shar: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Care.com customers?
~shar: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Care.com to know who you are.
