~kassb1952: Century Link Sent my bill to the wrong address and we did not receive it for three months. When we finally straightened it out (so we thought and got the bill sent to the right address and paid what we thought was a full amount they still billed for **.** arrears. We have been trying to find out what the source of this amount is. This time we may have finally cleared it up. But I am marking this exchange as not settled until I see next months bill and find if it is accurate.
