GetHuman-283816: When they refer you account to another collection agency they need to improve the communication between them. It has been almost a month since this has been paid and they are still saying that this has not been paid.

GetHuman-283816: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
