GetHuman-333239: Did not receive Sunday paper . Called about * am. was told my info would be sent to person to solve my problem. no response all day Sunday .Did not receive Monday paper. I called again and was told my Sunday and Monday would be at my house in * hours. Did not receive them. Called again at *:** pm Monday I asked to speak to someone who could give me an answer and tell me when I would get my papers. The lady said she could not transfer me or could she give me a number direct to a supervisor. It is *:** pm and still have not had a response. Very poor customer service . I guess they just dont care .
