Stay away from this service if possible, go with another service. Im a new subscriber and have had the service for about 40 days (Im stuck with them because my building does not get any other service but Charter) and have been on the phone with customer service at least 4-5 times with no resolution. Service is terrible, they cannot get my bill right. It is absolutely the worst company to deal with STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
