“I posted my good review of this morning with Kevin. However, yesterday, I spoke with another Charter tech (whose name I did not make not of) who was very LAZY in helping me. He quickly checked something and then told me it was a computer problem, so I called Dell and spent over 1 hour talking to them about something that they could not fix because it was really a Charter problem. Fortunately, Kevin redeemed Charter's credibility. JLS
