GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Chase UCard customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~C.S.: Worthless. All this phone number does now is give you instructions on how to use the website. There is no option to reach a human, but all their info still says to call this number to reach customer service. I'm recommending to my company that we take our business elsewhere, since Chase doesn't seem to want it.
