~pissed: The person I spoke with did speak English well BUT obviously was not a native speaker and*or did not live in the US. I tried explaining a situation that any other American would understand and at least acknowledge that it sucked but there was nothing they could do, but instead, the person I spoke with could not compute the fact that I was not just calling to order checks but had a different issue. When I asked to speak with someone else, she just said, if you're not ordering checks, please call back another time. So frustrating!
