~Wog: I was on hold for ** minutes before I finally just hung up. I kept getting the recording "your call is very important to us...." I called back an hour later and hung up after ** minutes. Very disappointed.

~Wog: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Wog: For that I would say two out of five.
