~melissa hartenstein: i got a recording saying they are having technical difficulty & to try my call again later & then it hung up on me!! after being on hold for **.* minutes... that is completely unacceptable! i need to make my payment by the first of the month & they close at *pm & not open on the weekends. so how am i supposed to keep my account in the clear if i can never reach anyone??!!
