~You're kindding: Customer service was very rude and eventually hung up on me because I was confused about previous returns and why I had not received them. He basically told me that I had submitted the forms wrong and I indicated that I had a tax professional complete my taxes and at no time did I ever indicate that I wanted my refund forwarded to the next year. This happened for * years...he said it was my problem and then hung up!
