~matthews167: Hi, *My name is Taylor Matthews and I am trying to get in touch with someone about a few issues that I have with xfinity*Comcast. I am a new customer and I have not had a great start! I just moved into a new home and I have always been an att customer but I wanted to see what my options where so I googled Internet providers and one of the companies that was listed was Comcast. I thought why not try something new so I ordered Comcast internet and I was going to go with direct tv for the tv. I did not have a chance to order direct tv due to coming home one night and having my neighbors upset with someone going in there back yard without permission and then a bright long cable going over my fence into there yard. I also noticed that person who set up my service drilled a hole into the side of my home and did not inform anyone that he was doing so. By all of that happing my Hoa President informed me that I would be fined a fee every day until the cable was removed from the side of my hom

~matthews167: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~matthews167: For that I would say two out of five.

~matthews167: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
