~JOHN: I STILL HAVE NO PHONE SERVICE. I WAS ABLE TO JUST CALL OUT AT ONE TIME, NOW I CAN'T EVEN DO THAT. IT HAS BEEN EASTER AND I JUST HAD * MAJOR SURGERIES WHICH DOCTORS AND NURSES CAN'T GET IN TOUCH WITH ME NEVER MIND IF I FALL!!! THIS HAS BEEN THE *TH DAY AND COUNTLESS CALLS NOW. I THOUGHT YOU WERE THE BEST COMMUNICATION PEOPLE, I WOULD HATE TO SEE THE WORST. I DON'T EVEN KNOW MY PHONE NUMBER? SO I AM LEFT WITH NO PHONE, CAN'T CALL OUT AND NOBODY CAN CALL ME. I can not even call ***. Every time I call It's the same thing. *Oh, When I ordered showtime it took * calls and * visits to the main office to straight it out. This is sick or what? DUH

GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JOHN: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~JOHN: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
