~Marjorie Farley: Have tried for over ** min. to speak to a human with no success ! I must speak to a competent tech person.*A machine keeps telling me I must pay a fine of $****. for changing my service (which had already been cancelled. Any suggestions? I have had Dish and ATT for over six months. Any suggestions?

~Marjorie Farley: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
