~J: Yes. It was middle of the night, on November 23rd.

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~J: My experience has been horrible. Miami sales rep Randy inputted incorrect address & has not followed up on correction to get order. *rd party contractor tech (OCC) working on behalf of Comcast won't complete install until dispatch updates him I had cust serv corrected. Each dept keeps telling me to call the other back to get the issue resolved as if they all are not working for the same company. Then another sales rep takes it upon himself after to input in new order after I asked him not to & submitted addtl things I didn't request not to mention he didn't inform he of pricing being $** higher than what original rep Randy quoted. Missed a day of work & after being on phone multiple times w*Comcast from **-* pm b*c of the back n forth. I MUST say horrible experience is an understatement. Simple request should have been a seemless customer service experience.

~J: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~J: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~J: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~J: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
