~fed up with xfinity: Comcast is horrible because we've waited two years to get cable and all we've had is problems it's so slow can't watch anything because it's not connecting to platform and can't watch a movie even with the kids. Customer service is horrible and it's they don't care one bit about the customer, I will be contacting the bbb because even the package I was supposed to get is somehow not there or because it's advertised online are you kidding me:(
