~Friend of Elderly: BUT I was calling for a hearing-impaired **-year-old who had a *-hour appt. window bc her phone service was out, sat there waiting and NO ONE showed up BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T ANSWER THE PHONE!!! She lives alone and I live an hour away, so I had to give them MY cell number. They refused to believe she'll be there waiting unless someone answers the phone. WAKE UP COMCAST!!! You need to accomodate the elderly. This was inexcusable!!!

~Friend of Elderly: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Friend of Elderly: For that I would say five out of five.

~Friend of Elderly: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
