~jahoult: Sure. It was middle of the night, on November 23rd.
GetHuman: Did you reach out to CompuServe, and if so, how?

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's CompuServe customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~jahoult: First I was connected to Tech Support Level *. They couldn't help, so they connected me to Level *. Who couldn't help. They said they would connect me to Level *. But connected me back to Level *. I asked to be connected to Level *. They connected me to Billing! I asked to be connected to level *. They connected me...to Senior Billing. Then they hung up on me! There seems to be no way to contact them by email or chat-- the person on the chat line said I have to connect to them on the phone.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting CompuServe. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a CompuServe problem?
~jahoult: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jahoult: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about CompuServe's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jahoult: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other CompuServe customers?
~jahoult: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for CompuServe to know who you are.
