~ZipJae: Yes, I had to wait, but not too long. The recorded message, the first time, said there was a* minutes wait time due to call volume, or because of the popularity of their products, or something like that. While I was on hold, I had another call come in that I had to take, so had to disconnect from CR. Called back a few minutes later. Recording said * minutes, this time. It actually took ** minutes, but once I got a rep on the line, all was taken care of with respect, and quickly. Hopefully now, the monthly requests for donation and subscription renewals will stop.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Consumer Reports. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Consumer Reports problem?
~ZipJae: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ZipJae: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Consumer Reports's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ZipJae: For that I would say five out of five.
