“PURCHASED WASHING MACHINE 30/06/10 FROM SHOP NO MAN.INSTRUCTIONS WITH MACHINE BUT PROMISED WOULD BE SENT WHEN MACHINE DELIVERED MACHINE DELIVERED P.M.04/07/10 NO INSTRUCTIONS!!!!TOLD TO RING CUSTOMER SERVICES WHICH I DID P.M.04/07 10 TOLD THEY WOULD RING BRANCH AT DERBY WHERE PURCHASED AND WHO PROMISED INSTRUCTINS WOULD BE SENT WITH MACHINE-TO GET HOLD OF INSTRUCTIONS & SEND IN THE MEANTIME IF IWANTED TO USE MACHINE-WHICH I DID AS I HAD 1 WEEKS WASHING TO CATCH UP ON-1 SHOULD EMAIL ZANUSI THE MANUFACTURERS AND DOWNLOAD THE INSTRUCTIONS MYSELF ALL 32 PAGES OTHERWISE WAIT UNTIL CURRY'S SENT THEM BY POST.I THINK YOU WILL AGREE NOT VERY GOOD SERVICE WHAT IF I DIDN'T HAVE A COMPUTER!!!?? WASHING MACHINE SEEMS O.K.BUT RELUCTANT TO USE UNTIL I HAVE RECEIVED INSTRUCTIONS WHENEVER THAT MIGHT BE!!”
