~gloria stallings: I waited for someone to pick up from customer service and they did not. I have tried on numerous occasions to report a very pleasant experience with one of your stylist, Ms. Kearra Humphrey. I wrote a letter to a Deborah Valentino who never received it. I have tried to contact the corporate office to no avail. The service to try to contact someone is horrendous. Even though I received excellent service from one of your employees, your corporate office and customer service is horrible.
