I was going to purchase a E6410 fully loaded but will go local now. I used the online support talking to QCSMB-princess-jaya which was completely hopeless. QCSMB-Felinda-Castro helped but lacked the ability to answer my questions. I have alway bought Dell but there service support blows. AVOID at all cost......
