~nothappy: Its not hard, ordered * items, recv'd email * items would not ship in time for Christmas, called to cancel two items, got email saying items shipped anyway and then another email where they cancelled an item that was not cancelled. Now I had already ordered through another company the items that were supposed to cancel, and ****'s won't take back my double orders and they cannot figure out how to order the item that was cancelled at the sale price.
