I pay on time. Direct added programs as a "gift" without my permission then charged me for them for 6 mos. By the time I noticed, they told me I had ordered them online, like I wouldn't know if I ordered new programs. I waited an hour for a "supervisor" after talking to a Polish agent (unintelligible) and was told I was lying when I explained what they had done. Then, he hung up on me. Contact the FBI for fraud. Call this company if you want a heart attack.
