~upset mom at christmas: Ordered personalized items for Christmas in early november, charged my credit card, emailed that they were on their way, never arrived. * weeks before Christmas told sorry, the package is lost and the items are no longer available, there is nothing we can do...we can give you Rapunzel or doc mcstuffins instead of the spiderman blankets you ordered. Sure just what every boy wants. Then they wouldn't transfer to supervisor.
