“Each time I called VA Dominion Power, I was given a different answer, by a different representative, in a very noisy call center. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was cut off three out of the five times. Despite being told one thing by an associate at the genesis of my contract with VADOM, I was today told by a supervisor, I'm sorry that's not actually our policy and there's nothing we can do about it - we're keeping your deposit. Brilliant customer service. Really, brilliant. I will never, EVER, have an account with this company again. I've actually cancelled and switched to another provider.
