GetHuman-408714: Kept referring me back to web site, which I couldn't log into. Said all problems have to be solved through emails. I hate a company that won't talk to you. Not my decision but the bosses.

GetHuman-408714: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-408714: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Dropbox's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-408714: For that I would say four out of five.

GetHuman-408714: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Dropbox to know who you are.
