~jack brandenburg: I've been going to dd for about * years me and my wife aleays get *and* and *and* cream and suger the morning of ****** and when I got home the *and* had to much sugar I called store ******* and talked to shan d. he was rude and hung up on me so I called to talk to a manager he would not answer phone so I called from another number he said wait he was going to get her then hung up again so I went there and he said he knew how to make coffee and he don't care if he got fired he is not going to make me a new one or give money back he said the manager would be back in **min. so I set down and wated ** min. then I asked again he said now they won't be back for * hours I said do I have to call the police he said he don't care nothing they could do then he said ok i'll give bach money I accepted then when I was leaving I seen a lady from there I knew from buying coffee she was doing something by backdoor of dd she said she was the manager and been there all the time and did not know so I was
