“on transfer to loan modification dept, it had me wait 2 min, then they come on and just say "sorry, we had trouble connecting you, please hang up" and they hung up on me! Call back, go through the same entry point (even though it was a supposed "direct" number), tranferred again, asked to enter a 4 digit extension (I didnt have one). Then wait 5 minutes, someone comes on and tells me its the wrong dept (I need "emminent" loan mod dept).
