GetHuman-200838: The person kept asking me to repeat things and finally said my information was not found.**I spoke very clearly and loudly. The problem is that they've kept billing my credit card for a cancelled order. I don't want anything further from them, except for them to quit billing my credit card. I spoke to an agent by the name of Samantha Jacob and she stated that she was removing the billing. But it still shows up on my credit card statement. I am not going to keep paying for service that has been cancelled.
