~kuting: i need help to change flights with your agent john in the philippines.after an hour discussing the change of flight paid the difference of **** $ he said he made a mistake put me on hold for **mins then his supervisor came then they hang up.i'm unable to call them back coz the system is down....whtas this highway robbery?
