Facebook has possibly the worst customer support service in the world. If you can't fix it, they sure as hell won't. It's nearly impossible to get in contact with them, and their "customer support line" doesn't even exist. I am extremely disappointed in the Facebook staff, not many other website have this problem (regardless of if they are free or not). Facebook is a great tool to have, but if your account gets messed up, consider yourself screwed. Thanks FB employees!
