~GoddessDiana2u: The woman answered the phone in * rings. I was so shocked to be talking to an actual person, I stumbled over my words. I was at first afraid that I was live on the air during a televised program, so I had to clarify this first because other cable news networks do not have an operator and don't want your feedback*ideas. Very pleased!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Fox News. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Fox News problem?
~GoddessDiana2u: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~GoddessDiana2u: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Fox News's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~GoddessDiana2u: For that I would say four out of five.
